CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 40% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will also be charged 40% of the service. This policy helps respect my time and ensures availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
